Bread of God
“For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”  John 6:33

Bread is often called the staple of life because it a basic food that supports life.
Jesus is called the Bread of God because He is the source of life for the whole world, because whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
Jesus doesn’t just provide a mediocre life but an abundant life, an eternal life, for those who choose to believe and receive Him.

Jesus, Himself, said: ” I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.”  John 6:51
