We need to put into action what we believe.
For “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” 1 Timothy 4:8 (NLT)

- Respect others: 1 Thess.5:13 (NLT)
- Review daily: Isaiah 43:26 (NLT)
What exercise do you need to do to get yourself spiritually healthy?
Perhaps you need to practice forgiveness?
Maybe you need to work on enlarging your heart to hold more love?
Or possibly you need to develop and train your mind to think godly thoughts?
Whatever you need to do, remember God is right there beside you to help you for He wants you to succeed!
