Praise His Name: ABBA, FATHER
For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”
Romans 8:15 (NKJV)
Believers, today let’s pause to praise God that we do not have to live in bondage to fear. For, The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, Romans 8:16 (NKJV)
Because we are God’s children we do not have to live in fear of anything.
And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” Galatians 4:6 (NKJV)
Today’s Praise Pause:
Abba Father is a name that is personal and meaningful, it would be used in an intimate, loving way, as a son crying out “Father, my Father”
It is a name that speaks love and care. It is a name that a child calls in time of trouble or need.
Therefore, as a believer, a child, a son, of You God, Abba, Father, I praise You. I cry out to You. I give thanks to You.
I thank You, Abba Father, and praise You daily that I am Your child and that I have no need to live in fear for I can call upon You, anytime day or night and You will be there for me.
I give You thanks and praise today for this, in Jesus name. Amen
“Praise Pause” is a 31 day Devotional that will help us to pause and praise God daily by using one of His many names.
