Thought:
To yield means to surrender,
to submit.
Each day we
need to surrender ourselves to the Lord
and submit to His
will.
As Jesus said to the Father:
"Yet
not as I will, but as You will."
Matthew 26:39
so we need
to do the same daily.
Today's
Action:
Today let's leave our independence behind.
Let's yield,
submit,humble,
ourselves to the Lord.
Let's seek to do His
will and not ours.
Let's be in dependence on Him.

THE LORD

yourselves to the LORD;
and enter His sanctuary,

OTHERS
But
the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure.
It is
also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to
others.
It is full of mercy and good deeds.
It shows no
partiality and is always sincere.
